What you will do

• Coordinate the end-to-end finance onboarding journey for new customers from contract signature to activation.
• Manage monthly invoicing cycles, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and continuous process improvement.
• Extract and analyze contract and commercial data to support reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Maintain large volumes of contract information with exceptional attention to detail.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations to resolve client requests and smooth commercial processes.
• Support international growth by scaling operations across multiple countries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience, including internships or graduate roles.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and confidence handling large datasets.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to structure information and identify patterns.
• Confidence working with internal stakeholders and external clients.

• Language skills in German, French, or Italian.
