Business Controller (Digital Printing Solutions)

hirify.global’s Digital Printing Solutions division develops wide-format inkjet printers, inks, workflow software, and industrial decorative printing solutions.

What you will do

• Partner with the global innovation head and R&D managers on financial models, investment appraisals, and business cases.
• Monitor the financial health of R&D projects, including monthly spending on inks, equipment, and software.
• Develop and track KPIs measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the R&D portfolio.
• Support month-end closing, financial statements, variance analysis, annual budgets, five-year plans, and quarterly forecasts.
• Maintain standard costing systems, review production costs, monitor material usage, and analyze manufacturing variances.
• Reconcile inventory, manage fixed assets, and provide financial insights for capital projects and cost-reduction initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in finance.
• 5–7 years of experience in a finance business environment.
• Experience as a plant controller or a strong working understanding of plant controlling and cost accounting.
• Fluent English required.
• Ability to manage pressure, challenging stakeholders, and tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
