Location: Must be based in the China Resources Building office, Hong Kong (Onsite 5 days a week)

What you will do
- Develop and implement annual sales strategies to achieve or exceed booth and sponsorship revenue targets.
- Manage key customer relationships through regular communication and site visits.
- Negotiate cooperation agreements and ensure contract compliance and risk control.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to support sales materials and promotional activities.
- Compile sales reports, customer analysis, and market dynamics reports for management.
- Promote the brand image and core advantages of the exhibition to the global market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, Event Management, or Maritime Studies.
- At least 5 years of experience in exhibition, maritime, B2B sales, or key account management.
- Proven ability to independently manage sales targets and lead teams.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management and accounts receivable.
- Excellent cross-departmental collaboration and reporting capabilities.
- Must be able to work in-person in the Hong Kong office five days a week.
