What you will do
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.
- Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies focused on growth, retention, and profitability.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions while managing the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute effective sales strategies.
- Track and forecast account metrics, KPIs, and financial data to communicate business value.
Requirements
- Professional sales experience in the high-tech or service-related industry.
- Proven experience selling into mid to large enterprise customers.
- Ability to establish relationships and develop trust with C-level executives.
- Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Solid problem-solving and consultative sales capabilities.
- Must be based in or able to work in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong.
