What you will do
- Continuously gather and communicate market information on customers, competitors, end users, and channel partners in the responsible territory.
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth and increase sales volume in the assigned area.
- Create account plans and build a pipeline of prospective customers for target key accounts.
- Maintain regular customer calls, build close relationships, and communicate new products, applications, and project opportunities.
- Analyze competitive trends and the impact of competitor products, and report conclusions to the line manager.
- Collaborate with the Channel Manager to obtain leads and make customer contacts.
Requirements
- College degree with sales management experience in a B2B sales environment.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in communication and control cabling and connectivity solutions.
- IT-OT solution sales experience; smart infrastructure solution sales experience is preferred.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to network effectively.
