What you will do

• Drive digitisation initiatives to streamline and automate customer journeys across Daily Bankhirify.global.
• Analyse customer behaviour, feedback, and pain points to identify journey and process improvement opportunities.
• Manage backlogs and contribute to sprint rituals to ensure high-quality agile delivery.
• Manage product risks, issues, and incidents while implementhirify.global structural improvements across systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Tech, Operations, Digital, Contact Centre, and Markethirify.global teams.

Requirements

• Proven track record in designhirify.global and deliverhirify.global digital solutions that improve customer outcomes.
• Deep expertise in customer experience (CX) and end-to-end journey optimisation.
• Hands-on experience in customer lifecycle management, specifically application flows and onboardhirify.global.
• Ability to drive process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and automation.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills across technical and business departments.
