What you will do
- Drive digitisation initiatives to streamline and automate customer journeys across Daily Bank.
- Analyse customer behaviour, feedback, and pain points to identify journey and process improvement opportunities.
- Manage backlogs and contribute to sprint rituals to ensure high-quality agile delivery.
- Manage product risks, issues, and incidents while implement structural improvements across systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Tech, Operations, Digital, Contact Centre, and Market teams.
Requirements
- Proven track record in design and deliver digital solutions that improve customer outcomes.
- Deep expertise in customer experience (CX) and end-to-end journey optimisation.
- Hands-on experience in customer lifecycle management, specifically application flows and onboard.
- Ability to drive process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and automation.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across technical and business departments.
- Location: Must be based in Sydney
