What you will do
- Manage and grow OEM accounts within the SE Asia and Japan region.
- Develop and execute account plans while maintaining an accurate sales pipeline in CRM.
- Balance direct customer engagement with channel support to execute go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with FAEs to deliver technical presentations to engineering and sourcing teams.
- Coordinate with Product Management, Marketing, and Operations to ensure timely support and delivery.
- Report on KPIs and manage pricing and opportunities through internal systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of OEM sales experience in industrial markets.
- Proven track record of managing mid-tier OEM accounts and driving growth.
- Strong technical understanding of Datacenters, BESS, EV Charging, and Industrial Automation.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within the region up to 50%.
