TL;DR

Salary: $105,000–$145,000 USD, plus commission

What you will do

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts across the Americas, focusing on net-new revenue and strategic expansion.
  • Build and execute territory plans, including target account mapping and outbound prospecting strategies.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial discovery through demo, negotiation, and final close.
  • Engage with VP- and C-level stakeholders across IT, security, and procurement to position the platform as a strategic asset.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive deal velocity.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Proven enterprise sales experience in SaaS or enterprise software with a track record of closing complex deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle from cold outbound to close for deals with $100K+ ACV.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to articulate technical value to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a remote-first environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into cybersecurity, DevOps, or secure collaboration platforms.
  • Existing network within Fortune 500 IT, security, or engineering leadership.
  • Background selling into highly regulated industries such as financial services or healthcare.
  • Prior experience at a high-growth, remote-first, or open-source software company.
