What you will do

• Proactively contact and convert newly registered leads into active partners via phone, messaging, and meetings.
• Achieve individual activity and conversion KPIs in alignment with business development objectives.
• Qualify leads by assessing business needs and effectively presenting company products and partner programs.
• Nurture partners through the early lifecycle stages until they are ready for handover to a Partner Relationship Manager.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and pipeline progress within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and support teams to improve sales scripts and conversion strategies.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Malay is required.
• Experience in inside sales, telesales, lead qualification, or high-volume client-facing roles.
• Strong ability to communicate confidently across phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, and virtual meetings.
• Proven success in achieving activity and conversion KPIs in a sales-driven environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
