What you will do

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within target markets.
  • Build and execute account growth plans to support business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead commercial discussions, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to position and deliver client solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify new growth segments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account growth in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of data, analytics, financial services, or technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in generating new business and achieving revenue targets.
  • Ability to articulate complex solutions in terms of business value and commercial outcomes.
  • Proficiency in managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and CRM systems.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
