What you will do

  • Execute outbound sales strategies including cold-calling and multi-channel outreach to acquire new business customers.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline from initial prospecting to final deal closure.
  • Identify key market verticals and diversify the prospect base to ensure consistent activity levels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer onboarding and activation experience.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and balance time between prospecting, closing, and account management.
  • Communicate the value proposition of Revolut Business through solution-based selling techniques.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Singapore
  • Fluency in English
  • 1+ years of demonstrable commercial experience in outbound sales and prospecting.
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills, particularly over the phone.
  • Proven determination and accountability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing pipelines and CRM administration.

  • Degree in finance or a business-related subject.
