What you will do

  • Develop, manage, and deepen relationships with key insurer partners.
  • Lead the end-to-end process of pitching, negotiating, and executing high-impact projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft proposals, programs, and partnership solutions.
  • Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities, identify trends, and drive competitive advantage.
  • Track partnership performance and KPIs to generate insights for improved outcomes.
  • Represent the company at meetings, events, and forums to communicate the company vision.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, account management, or partnership management.
  • Proven track record in securing and growing high-value partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Based in Malaysia and able to work on-site at the HQ in Petaling Jaya.
  • Experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.
