About the Role
As a Relationship Manager, you will maintain contact with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and requests promote products and services present the risks posed by financial markets and derivatives contact potential clients registered through websites to present products present clients with systems communicate timely financial news by phone or email follow up on requests with timely feedback participate in trainings to understand rules and regulations develop and maintain relationships with clients and ensure clients receive high quality information about products.
Requirements
- University / College degree in Business, Marketing, Computer related field or equivalent/ High school diploma
- Dynamic, innovative and self-motivated with strong communication skills
- Good presentation, organizational and time management skills
- Must be fluent in English and Arabic (any other language is an advantage)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong networking abilities
- Advanced computer skills, CRM, Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint
- Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills
- Must be efficient and organized
- Proven ability to multitask, deliver exceptional results and motivate/manage others in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
- Ability to work on your own initiative, to expand and to generate business
Responsibilities
- Maintain contact with existing and potential clients to meet their needs and requests
- Promote the company’s products and services
- Present the risks posed by financial markets in general and derivatives financial instruments in particular
- Contact potential clients registered through the Company’s websites to present the company’s products
- Present the Company’s systems to clients
- Communicate financial news to clients that have given their prior approval, by phone or e-mail
- Follow up actively on the requests and offers feedback to clients in a timely manner
- Constantly participates in the trainings established by the Company to understand the rules and regulations
- Develops and maintains relations with the existing clients
- Ensures that all clients receive high-class information about the Company’s products
