What you will do

  • Initiate contact with potential enterprise customers through email outreach and cold calling.
  • Qualify high-value commercial opportunities and manage early-stage sales funnel activities.
  • Arrange meetings and facilitate hand-offs to Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate activity and contact data within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to improve targeting strategies and messaging.
  • Contribute to the development of sales best practices and outreach tools.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Hong Kong
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese
  • Track record of top performance in a BDR or sales-related role
  • Strong interest in technology and financial services
  • Ability to operate effectively in a hyper-growth startup environment
  • Process-driven mindset with experience in documenting and following procedures

Nice to have

  • Additional language skills in Mandarin
  • Experience using SFDC or similar CRM platforms
  • No more than 5 years of working experience
