TL;DR

Channel Manager (Microsoft): Driving annual recurring revenue (ARR) through Microsoft-certified reseller and VAR partner networks with an accent on the Dynamics 365 Business Central ecosystem. Focus on building strategic joint business plans, partner enablement, and executing co-selling motions to grow the pipeline.

Location: Remote (UK or US). Travel up to 50% required.

What you will do

  • Meet or exceed ARR quotas through partner-sourced and partner-influenced reseller deals.
  • Grow the Microsoft channel pipeline by enabling partners and executing joint go-to-market plans.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with top resellers, including pipeline targets and QBRs.
  • Build a strong pipeline through account mapping, co-selling, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Enable partners using the Engage → Enable → Empower framework to drive sustained productivity.
  • Coordinate internal sales, marketing, and customer success resources to meet partner objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of channel sales experience in the software industry with a track record of achieving quotas.
  • Proven experience managing joint business plans and running structured QBR processes.
  • Ability to activate new partner sellers and bring them to productive status.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for partner meetings and industry events.
  • Must be based in the UK or US.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, F&O, or adjacent ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with finance, ERP, or business intelligence software ecosystems.
  • Experience with FP&A and reporting/BI tools such as Jet or Power BI.
