What you will do
- Identify, architect, negotiate, and close critical and complex strategic collaborations for hirify.global's commercial growth.
- Develop a deep understanding of hirify.global's products (Pre, Viewpoint, hirify.global Me, Lifelong) to inform future investment areas.
- Develop, manage, and own a robust prospect pipeline, KPIs, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, product, engineering, marketing, science) on various transaction types.
- Define strategic requirements for opportunities and manage a pipeline of major deals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships, specifically selling innovative healthcare technology solutions.
- Proven track record of managing and closing strategic and revenue-generating partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to simultaneously lead multiple complex deals from inception to successful execution.
- Numerous pre-existing and deep relationships across key decision-makers within the Provider / Health System space.
- Must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.

- Experience in regulated environments and structuring partnerships within Provider / Health System verticals.
- Familiarity working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, startup-like environment.
