TL;DR

Location: Hybrid London (UK Travel required)

Salary: £60,000 base, £130,000 OTE

hirify.global UK is a leading digital health company specialising in cannabis-based medicines (CBPM), dedicated to improving patient access to safe and effective treatments.

What you will do

  • Deliver sales revenue, margin, and growth targets aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across clinics, pharmacies, wholesalers, and healthcare providers.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
  • Lead negotiations on commercial agreements and supply arrangements.
  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, regulatory, and pharmacy teams to ensure service excellence.
  • Mentor and coach junior sales personnel as the team grows.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
  • Experience managing strategic customer relationships and delivering revenue growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyse sales data and translate insights into action.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
  • Must be based in or be able to work in a hybrid capacity in London.
