What you will do
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to expand the client base and generate revenue.
- Identify market needs through leads and follow-ups, supporting sales initiatives and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with prospective clients.
- Generate new leads, write proposals, and facilitate pre-work with clients.
- Collaborate with client-facing teams on sales strategies and execute sales plans.
- Participate in business development meetings and coordinate with marketing for promotions and events.
Requirements
- Must have CRO sales experience.
- Must be located in the western United States.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 5 years of sales or recruiting experience within the life sciences field.
- Strong presentation, analytical, and time management skills.
- Proactive, resilient, and able to work in a high-growth environment.
