What you will do

• Support the VP in developing and executing format sales and marketing strategies for the Asian market.
• Manage and maintain production timelines, promotional assets, and client databases.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones.
• Facilitate legal and finance workflows, including contract management and billing reports.
• Monitor content trends and market developments, particularly within the Korean entertainment sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Legal, Research, and Finance to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore or able to work onsite at the Ocean Financial Centre.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to multi-task under pressure.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills for managing client relationships.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and international territories.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a sales media environment.
• Knowledge of the TV and Film industry.
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and video editing software.
