What you will do
- Serve as the central Project Manager for all strategic RFP and tender responses from qualification to final submission.
- Orchestrate inputs from Sales, Operations, Logistics, Legal, Credit, Accounting, Quality, and Pricing to ensure competitive and accurate deliverables.
- Lead deal desk operations, validating target pricing and collaborating with leadership to finalize profitable bidding strategies.
- Draft and redline commercial agreements, including SOWs, NDAs, and Sales/Service Agreements, in partnership with Legal.
- Ensure all bids and contracts comply with revenue recognition policies and LGRC standards.
- Optimize sales enablement tools like Salesforce.com and conduct win/loss analyses to improve future bid performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or Law (JD or MBA is a strong advantage).
- 5+ years of experience in deal desk management, bid/tender management, or commercial operations within a multinational matrixed organization.
- Proven track record of managing complex RFPs and navigating contract negotiations to protect margins.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (data modeling, pivot tables), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com.
- Must be based in Singapore

- Experience in Technology, Industrial Networking, or Manufacturing sectors.
- Familiarity with value-based selling and the MEDDIC sales methodology.
- Knowledge of working with emerging AI tools.
