What you will do

  • Execute territory strategies to win enterprise business and expand the company's footprint in the PH market.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closure.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior executives to identify business challenges and position the platform as a strategic partner.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Solution Engineering to ensure outstanding customer experiences.
  • Develop a data-backed pipeline with accurate forecasting and conduct in-person meetings across Singapore.
  • Shape the go-to-market strategy and nurture key partnerships to establish a strong local presence in the PH region.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience in mid-market or enterprise segments.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Proficiency in solution selling for software platforms such as ITSM, CRM, or customer engagement solutions.
  • Strong capabilities in prospecting, pipeline management, and disciplined forecasting.
  • English: C1 proficiency required for effective collaboration with regional and global teams.
  • Ability to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
