What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including negotiating terms and conditions to maximize financial and operational performance.
• Execute sourcing strategies by identifying, evaluating, and engaging suppliers based on detailed market analysis.
• Develop and lead category strategies to segment spending and identify opportunities for consolidation and efficiencies.
• Manage vendor relationships and conduct business reviews to mitigate risks and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Design and document procurement processes to improve quality, cost, and cycle time throughput.
• Utilize AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to enhance research, content generation, and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in procurement and vendor negotiation.
• Experience with Oracle or other professional procurement software.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or a closely related business field.

• Strong understanding of financial indicators (ROI, cash flow analysis, microeconomics).
• Ability to influence senior management and maintain ethical processes with suppliers.
