What you will do

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing and procurement for contracts ranging from $50K to $500K+, including RFPs and vendor selection.
• Manage vendor relationships and renewal cycles for SaaS, marketing, and contingent workforce categories.
• Identify and drive technology consolidation and cost synergy opportunities across combined vendor landscapes.
• Develop and execute category strategies that align with business priorities to deliver savings and risk reduction.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure sourcing decisions are compliant and strategically aligned.
• Establish and refine procurement policies and tooling to scale the sourcing function.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management, ideally in high-growth tech.
• Proven success negotiating complex contracts across technology, SaaS, and marketing categories.
• Hands-on experience with Coupa and Ironclad.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze TCO and benchmark pricing.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in Denver, CO and able to work in a hybrid model (2 days in office).

Nice to have

• Experience with vendor rationalization during mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale integrations.
• Familiarity with SaaS pricing models, ELAs, and usage-based contracts.
• Experience building or scaling a sourcing function from an early stage.
