Salary: $124,500 - $199,000

What you will do

• Drive P&L savings across indirect spend categories including marketing, facilities, and construction.
• Lead end-to-end RFP processes, vendor selection, and complex contract negotiations.
• Develop and enforce category strategies, preferred vendor portfolios, and procurement standards.
• Analyze spending patterns to identify TCO savings opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure policy compliance and audit remediation.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and track KPIs/SLAs for supplier performance.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in-office 3-4 days per week in Plantation, FL or Minneapolis, MN.
• 8+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing or Procurement organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred).
• Expertise in category management, contract negotiations, and financial analysis.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a complex, changing environment.
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
