What you will do

• Develop and implement sourcing and category strategies aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements and growth profiles for investment services.
• Manage key supplier relationships and monitor performance against service level agreements.
• Lead material sourcing events including RFx, renewals, and complex contract negotiations.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the sourcing landscape.
• Implement corrective actions to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Computer Science.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and category management.
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and supplier management.
• Proficiency in procurement software and project management tools.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
• Must be able to work from the office four days per week.
