Category Lead and Senior Sourcing Manager (Investment Services and Platforms)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Hybrid workplace model requiring at least four full days per week in an hirify.global office.

Salary: $195,000–$213,000 base annually for the New York range, plus incentive pay.

What you will do

• Develop and implement sourcing and category strategies for Investment Services and Platforms.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across functions and business lines to align category plans with business requirements, growth, and cost objectives.
• Lead supplier relationship management and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions for quality, delivery, and service-level issues.
• Manage RFx processes, renewals, sole-source negotiations, and contract negotiations.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify sourcing trends, opportunities, and risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is desirable.
• At least five years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, and technology, preferably in financial services; ten years of relevant Investment Services experience may be considered.
• Strong knowledge of procurement practices, market trends, and supplier management.
• Excellent negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Professional certifications such as CPSM or CPM are a plus.
