What you will do

• Handle urgent material requests from worldwide customers within a 24/7 shift system.
• Monitor global shipments to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and tools.
• Resolve complex supply chain issues and drive process improvements.
• Support escalations and prepare communication proposals for review.
• Maintain reliable communication with internal departments and global stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an international company, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Excellent professional communication in English, written and oral.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 shift system.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP R/3.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and stress-management skills.
