Supply Chain Professionals (Semiconductor)

Location: Linkou, Taiwan; work includes a rolling 24/7 shift system.

What you will do

• Handle urgent material requests for worldwide customers, ensuring the right spare parts and tools are delivered in the required quantity and on time.
• Monitor worldwide shipments and meet communication and execution milestones.
• Resolve complex logistics issues and drive process improvements.
• Support escalations and prepare communication proposals for review.
• Coordinate reliably with stakeholders across hirify.global departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in an international company; semiconductor industry experience is preferred.
• Excellent professional written and spoken English.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage workload under pressure.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, flexible, stress-resistant, and able to drive issues through to resolution.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP R/3 knowledge is preferred.
