Sr. Customer Supply Representative (Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Build and maintain professional relationships with key customers and internal account, business, and support teams.
• Process customer orders in SAP and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
• Manage order books, inventories, replenishment, billings, and customer programs to secure supply and improve delivery performance.
• Provide accurate updates on orders, supply status, issues, and complaints.
• Gather, analyze, and validate customer forecasts, investigate demand variability, and reconcile forecast differences.
• Analyze logistics and customer feedback data, lead customer logistics reviews, and implement continuous improvement actions.

Requirements

• Supply chain experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Customer focus with assertive communication, interaction, negotiation, diplomacy, and teamwork skills.
• Resilience, time management, curiosity, openness, and willingness to learn.
• Fluent English and advanced Excel knowledge, including pivot tables and data analysis.

Nice to have

• SAP knowledge.
