Commercial Manager, Contract & Cost (Semiconductor Project)

What you will do

• Lead full-lifecycle cost management from feasibility through final account agreement.
• Develop project budgets, cost plans, cash flow forecasts, and commercial reports.
• Administer contracts in line with project requirements and Taiwanese regulations.
• Lead procurement strategy, tendering, bid evaluation, and contract award processes.
• Manage change control, variations, claims, negotiations, and dispute avoidance.
• Partner with clients, contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams to drive commercial performance.

Requirements

• Significant experience in commercial or cost management, ideally on semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, including FIDIC, NEC, or equivalent standard forms.
• Experience with complex, high-value projects in an international environment.
• Expertise in cost planning, procurement, commercial reporting, variations, claims, and contract negotiations.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
