Commercial Manager, Contract & Cost (Semiconductor)

Location: On-site in Taoyuan City, Taiwan

What you will do

• Lead full lifecycle cost management services from feasibility through to final account agreement.
• Develop and manage project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
• Administer contracts in accordance with project requirements and local Taiwanese regulations.
• Lead procurement strategy, including tendering, bid evaluation, and contract award processes.
• Manage change control, variations, and claims, ensuring robust documentation and negotiation.
• Partner with project and client teams to drive commercial performance and value.

Requirements

• Significant experience in commercial or cost management, ideally within semiconductor or advanced manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration and standard forms such as FIDIC or NEC.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin required.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Taoyuan City, Taiwan.
