Supply Chain Sourcing Manager

What you will do

• Manage suppliers and sourcing services for the supply chain and procurement organization under VMI, consignment, and turnkey models.
• Develop supplier terms and conditions aligned with business requirements.
• Gather market intelligence on DRAM, NAND, PCB, substrate, and related raw materials.
• Develop sourcing strategies and proposals for management and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sufficient supply.
• Negotiate price, capacity, allocation, and commercial terms while ensuring supply and delivery.
• Set team priorities, develop employees, manage performance, and oversee contracts, supplier capability, purchasing, and supply data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in sourcing, procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of proven experience in commercial sourcing, vendor management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in the DRAM or NAND industry.
• Connections within the PCB or substrate raw materials industry, including CCL and glass fabric.
