Supply Chain Operations Manager (Networking Hardware)

What you will do

• Reconcile BOM demand, inventory, purchase orders, supplier confirmations, and JDM clear-to-build plans.
• Align factory build schedules, shipment dates, sub-tier capacity, and production priorities with business requirements.
• Manage material exposure, including strategic buffers, replenishment triggers, approved buys, and excess or obsolete inventory.
• Lead escalations with JDMs, mechanical and PCB suppliers, component vendors, and distributors across Asia.
• Run weekly supply reviews and supplier visits while maintaining accurate demand, inventory, order, and recovery data for US stakeholders.
• Maintain component and product pricebooks, reconcile JDM and purchase prices, and implement approved cost improvements.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience owning supply chain and materials execution for complex hardware.
• Experience with Taiwan ODM/JDM partners and local suppliers.
• Ability to reconcile complex BOMs, MRP data, inventory, orders, and lead times into credible production commitments.
• Experience resolving supplier shortages, capacity constraints, and production-priority conflicts in Taiwan.
• Experience maintaining pricebooks, validating quotes and purchase prices, and managing inventory and material liabilities.
• Mandarin and English communication skills are required for collaboration with Taiwan partners and US-based teams.
