What you will do

• Build and lead a comprehensive procurement and real estate analytics function.
• Develop financial models to forecast business outcomes and measure investment risks.
• Create performance scorecards and reports to track savings, productivity, and compliance.
• Administrate data platforms for global leases and buy-side contracting.
• Present business cases and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
• Collaborate with Legal, Purchasing, and Third-Party Risk Management teams.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in financial analysis, procurement, or legal functions.
• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related business field.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and executing functional strategy.
• Expertise in financial modeling and quantitative analysis.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong knowledge of lease and contract management processes.

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
• Experience with Zycus CLM systems.
• Project management certification or experience.
• Understanding of GAAP accounting principles.
