What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of vendor contracts, including negotiating terms and conditions and documenting amendments.
• Collaborate with Category Management to identify business needs and protect company interests against risks.
• Draft and design procurement processes to improve operational efficiency and meet business objectives.
• Partner with Legal, Data Privacy, and Cybersecurity teams to implement secure and compliant business solutions.
• Mentor Specialists and Analysts, sharing expertise and guiding professional growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business field (Juris Doctorate preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in contract negotiation and vendor management.
• Proficiency with Oracle or similar procurement software.
• Must be based in the US; visa sponsorship is not provided.
• Advanced negotiation skills and the ability to analyze complex legal concepts.
• Ability to utilize AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to improve research and workflow efficiency.
