Salary: $198,000 – $264,000

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Technical Sourcing Managers and Supplier Materials Managers.
• Define global supplier management strategy across IT infrastructure categories including GPUs, CPUs, and networking.
• Negotiate and execute complex multi-year supply agreements with ODMs, OEMs, and component manufacturers.
• Drive supply-demand alignment and oversee Clear-to-Build (CTB) tracking for critical BOM items.
• Present supply chain status, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to C-suite and Board-level stakeholders.
• Partner with Legal, Engineering, and Finance to optimize costs and mitigate supply chain risks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience in enterprise hardware, data center infrastructure, or cloud environments.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to comply with U.S. export control regulations.
• Deep technical fluency in IT infrastructure hardware (GPU/CPU servers, NVMe SSDs, DRAM, high-speed networking).
• Proven track record of negotiating large-scale, multi-year supply agreements at the $100M+ level.
• Experience operating at the executive level and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong analytical foundation in financial modeling, spend analysis, and supply/demand planning.

Nice to have

• Experience in hyperscaler or AI infrastructure environments.
• Familiarity with NAND flash market dynamics and data center networking topologies.
• Experience managing supplier relationships in global markets including APAC.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
