AIX Field Service Engineer III

Location: Japan — Hiroshima, Chitose, Kanazawa, Kitakami, Kumamoto, Nagasaki, Nagoya, Naka, Osaka, Tokyo, and Yokkaichi. Customer-site work with approximately 20% travel. Relocation is not eligible.

What you will do

• Drive improvements to digital tools and serve as the main point of contact for customer-site digital tool issues.
• Support complex problems by analyzing information and data and applying Applied Problem Solving Technique.
• Manage model propagation and dashboard configuration and provide feedback to package owners.
• Communicate difficult or sensitive problems to upper management while building consensus with teams and customers.
• Mentor new team members on troubleshooting methodologies and tool processes.
• Develop expertise in BKM modeling techniques, digital products, equipment, and fab operations.

Requirements

• Expanded conceptual knowledge in the relevant discipline and familiarity with hirify.global digital products and applications.
• Knowledge of equipment and fab operations.
• Technical experience and judgment for analyzing solutions in straightforward problem-solving situations.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly to others.
• Ability to provide informal guidance to new team members; the role has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
