Quality Assurance Engineer (Manual + Automation | SaaS) – Remote

hirify.global is hiring for a SaaS quality assurance role focused on ensuring software is reliable and production-ready.

What you will do

• Design test plans, test cases, acceptance criteria, and coverage for features, integrations, and regression flows.
• Execute functional, regression, UI/UX, cross-browser, and cross-device testing.
• Build and maintain automated tests with Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright.
• Integrate automated tests with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and GitLab CI; monitor failures and debug issues.
• Perform load, stress, API, security, and vulnerability testing using the stated tools.
• Log defects, validate fixes, maintain quality documentation, and report metrics and risks to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in QA or software testing.
• Experience with Jira or similar defect-tracking tools and test management tools such as TestRail or Zephyr.
• Familiarity with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and Agile workflows.
• Ability to write clear, structured test cases, identify edge cases, communicate issues, and collaborate with developers.
• Availability during U.S. Business Hours, with flexibility for releases and sprints.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS or enterprise products.
• API testing experience with Postman or RestAssured.
• Exposure to CI/CD integration.
• Experience in security- or compliance-heavy environments.
