What you will do

• Identify, assess, and document operational risks across products and functions.
• Design, implement, and test internal controls to mitigate identified risks.
• Develop and test key procedures to ensure business safety.
• Create and review key risk indicators to monitor performance.
• Register risk events and manage the delivery of comprehensive risk incident reports.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in operational risk management within financial services or a regulated entity.
• Proven experience with risk identification, monitoring, and control testing.
• Strong ability to interpret and organize complex data sets.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Methodological approach and ability to assume responsibilities quickly.
• Must be based in Israel.
