What you will do
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a seamless transition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to gather and verify necessary documentation.
- Identify potential compliance risks and review client websites.
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the onboarding phase.
- Monitor onboarding progress and outcomes while seeking process improvements.
Requirements
- Must be based in Georgia.
- English: C1 proficiency required.
- Russian: C1 proficiency required.
- Proven experience in a related risk or compliance role.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience in the fintech industry.
