What you will do

• Own and continuously improve the Enterprise Risk Management framework, driving risk identification and assessment.
• Maintain the risk register and KRIs while overseeing operational risk incident management.
• Lead thematic risk assessments, including RCSAs, EWRAs, and ICT/cyber risk reviews in line with CBI, EBA, and DORA requirements.
• Prepare and present risk dashboards and appetite monitoring reports to the Board and Risk & Controls Committee.
• Coordinate with Internal Audit, Compliance, and the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) during supervisory engagements.
• Deliver risk training and awareness programs to embed a risk-aware, consumer-centric culture.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Risk or Operational Risk within a CBI-regulated entity (e.g., Payment Institution or EMI).
• Demonstrable knowledge of PSD2, Consumer Protection Code 2025, IAF/SEAR regime, and EBA Guidelines.
• Practical experience conducting RCSAs, EWRAs, and thematic risk reviews.
• Must be based in Dublin, Ireland to meet the 50% in-office requirement.
• Strong ability to distil complex regulatory requirements into practical frameworks for executive audiences.
• Proficiency with GRC platforms and MI reporting tools.
