What you will do
- Engage prospects through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn messaging to qualify leads and schedule meetings
- Manage appointment scheduling using Calendly, HubSpot Meetings, Google Calendar, and Outlook across multiple time zones
- Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho CRM
- Coordinate with sales teams including SDRs, BDRs, and Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on target accounts
- Track outreach activity, appointments booked, and show rates to identify and improve performance gaps
Requirements
- Must have 1–2 years experience in appointment setting, sales support, inside sales, or lead generation
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple calendars and time zones
- Comfortable working U.S. business hours
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Calendly, Google Calendar, and Outlook
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Nice to have
- Experience supporting SDR/BDR teams
- Familiarity with Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo
- Experience in SaaS, B2B services, or marketing agencies
- Knowledge of sales methodologies such as BANT, SPIN, Challenger
