What you will do

• Manage and monitor AI voice caller agents to ensure optimal performance.
• Configure and optimize AI voice systems using n8n and ElevenLabs.
• Create, update, and improve conversation flows for voice agents.
• Troubleshoot issues related to calls, responses, and system integrations.
• Develop and refine call scripts to enhance engagement and results.
• Monitor call performance metrics and suggest data-driven improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Experience working with automation tools such as n8n.
• Familiarity with AI voice tools such as ElevenLabs.
• Understanding of how AI voice agents function, including prompts, flows, and responses.
• Basic technical knowledge for managing integrations and workflows.
• Sales or customer communication experience.

Nice to have

• Experience building or managing AI chatbots or voice bots.
• Knowledge of APIs and system integrations.
