AI Solutions Specialist (Agentic Workflows): Build and optimize agentic AI workflows and automations across enterprise customer success platforms with an accent on prompt engineering, RAG, and performance-driven iteration. Focus on translating business requirements into working prototypes and production-ready automations while monitoring outcomes and embedding AI into core customer engagement processes.

Location: Remote or Mississauga

Salary: $81,000-$90,000 CAD (base range) + bonus + benefits

What you will do

  • Identify high-impact opportunities for AI agents and automations to improve adoption, retention, and operational efficiency.
  • Design and execute AI-driven customer success programs (digital journeys, automated interventions, agent-led workflows).
  • Translate business requirements into working prototypes and production-ready solutions using no-code/low-code tools, LLM APIs, and prompt engineering.
  • Continuously optimize AI programs using performance data and customer feedback.
  • Develop and iterate prompt engineering strategies, including RAG patterns and evaluation frameworks.
  • Monitor AI performance (latency, success rates, engagement, cost efficiency) and maintain dashboards and reports.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of AI/LLM concepts and ability to translate agentic capabilities into practical business outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation/orchestration tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier (or equivalent) without writing production code.
  • Ability to interpret platform telemetry, usage data, and performance dashboards to produce actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with CRM or customer success platforms such as Salesforce and Gainsight (or similar).
  • Ability to communicate AI outcomes to stakeholders in terms of business value and exercise judgment for responsible AI deployment in a regulated, customer-trust-sensitive environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
