Salary: $120,000 - $145,000

What you will do

• Build and maintain shared AI infrastructure, including MCP/API standards, secret management, and guardrails.
• Lead the review and advisory process for corporate AI builds, agentic workflows, and API integrations.
• Partner with departmental AI specialists to scope and ship secure, scalable automation solutions.
• Define and govern the intake process for AI requests to eliminate shadow IT.
• Monitor and manage AI tooling costs and spend thresholds to ensure cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in technical operations, IT, or support with a focus on systems integration and automation.
• Practical experience deploying LLM integrations or advanced AI tools into workflows within the last year.
• Proven track record with automation tools such as n8n, Workato, or Zapier.
• Proficiency in Python, Google Apps Script, or similar scripting languages.
• Must be based in one of the specified US states.
• Experience with GCP infrastructure, IAM, and secure-by-default hosting patterns.
