What you will do

  • Identify high-impact opportunities for AI agents to improve customer adoption and operational efficiency.
  • Design and execute AI-driven customer success programs, including automated interventions and digital journeys.
  • Translate business requirements into functional prototypes using no-code/low-code tools and LLM APIs.
  • Develop and iterate on prompt engineering strategies to maximize model accuracy and performance.
  • Monitor AI program performance metrics and translate data into actionable improvements.
  • Partner cross-functionally to embed AI capabilities into core customer engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA or Canada
  • Solid understanding of AI/LLM concepts and ability to translate agentic capabilities into business outcomes.
  • Practical experience with workflow automation tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier.
  • Analytical ability to interpret platform telemetry and performance dashboards.
  • Experience with CRM or Customer Success platforms such as Salesforce or Gainsight.
  • Strong communication skills to present technical AI outcomes to business stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, support operations, or SaaS professional services.
  • Domain expertise in healthcare, EHR ecosystems, or clinical data workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with RAG patterns and evaluation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with compliance and privacy constraints like HIPAA or SOC 2.
