What you will do

• Design and build AI-enabled workflows and digital solutions from scratch to improve real-world workflows.
• Identify and diagnose inefficiencies within assigned business functions and translate them into solvable automation problem statements.
• Implement scalable process improvements using no-code/low-code tools such as Zapier, n8n, and Airtable.
• Research and test emerging generative AI platforms to solve complex business challenges.
• Embed within cross-functional teams as a hands-on builder to deliver high-quality digital prototypes.
• Measure and evaluate the direct impact of implemented automation solutions on business operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience using AI or automation tools to increase work quality and efficiency.
• Familiarity with generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude).
• Hands-on experience building automations with tools like Zapier, n8n, or Airtable.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be located in or near the Denver area for required hybrid office attendance.
