What you will do

• Maintain CRM hygiene and data accuracy within Salesforce.
• Build and audit targeted prospect lists using tools like ZoomInfo.
• Execute compliant mass email campaigns and manage tracking infrastructure.
• Conduct website audits and support SEO-driven content improvements.
• Build campaign tracking frameworks and maintain visibility into marketing metrics.
• Document marketing workflows and standardize processes for scalability.

Requirements

• Must be based in Costa Rica, Brazil, or Mexico.
• Must be available to work during CST hours.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce data management and reporting.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools like Pardot or HubSpot.
• Strong skills in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Experience maintaining CRM hygiene and marketing databases.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting U.S.-based companies.
• Basic understanding of SEO and website optimization.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and Canva for light design.
• Experience drafting marketing emails or content support.
