What you will do

• Develop and execute localized, culturally relevant marketing strategies to grow market share and revenue in Spanish-speaking LATAM markets.
• Adapt global messaging to fit local cultural and linguistic contexts, ensuring relevance for regional needs.
• Plan and execute multichannel campaigns across CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, and organic social, leveraging channels like Meta and WhatsApp.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns using data to improve acquisition, activation, and retention funnels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global CRM, Performance Marketing, Creative, and Product teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience in SaaS or B2C within Latin America.
• Strong proficiency in multichannel marketing, including region-specific dynamics of Meta and WhatsApp.
• Experience developing marketing strategies, positioning, and localized value propositions.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to design impactful initiatives using limited data sets.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong plus.
