What you will do
- Manage inbound business development inquiries and serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients.
- Coordinate and draft business proposals, including case studies and capability decks tailored to client needs.
- Lead project management for complex RFPs, including timelines, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Support business development operations through CRM management, prospect tracking, and outreach coordination.
- Oversee marketing project execution, ensuring content calendars, newsletters, and social media initiatives are delivered on schedule.
- Drive process improvements across marketing and sales operations to optimize workflows and increase efficiency.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Production, Marketing Operations, or Business Development Support.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) is required.
- Must be based in LATAM to be considered for this role.
- Proven experience coordinating proposals, RFPs, and new business initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation.
