What you will do

• Administer and optimize marketing automation platforms (Pardot) across all brands.
• Design and maintain lead lifecycle, scoring, and grading models to ensure pipeline integrity.
• Manage data quality and enrichment tooling in partnership with Data Operations.
• Oversee web analytics and tagging implementations (GA4, GTM) to ensure measurable marketing impact.
• Manage vendor relationships and advocate for new AI-driven GTM capabilities and tooling.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to streamline lead routing and campaign enablement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing or GTM operations across multiple business units.
• Deep expertise in marketing automation, specifically Pardot or comparable platforms.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce standard/custom objects, flows, and reporting.
• Concept-level mastery of lifecycle design, attribution, and email deliverability.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for daily operations and documentation.
• Must be based in the United States with excellent written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with GA4 and server-side tagging administration.
• Background in M&A, multi-brand, or PE-backed environments.
• Experience with enrichment platforms like ZoomInfo.
