What you will do

  • Coordinate sales operations: follow-ups, reminders, and sales workflow support for Account Managers.
  • Track and organize contracts and sales documentation; maintain pipeline visibility and deal tracking.
  • Manage CRM in HubSpot: update leads, contacts, deals, notes, and pipeline records; clean duplicates and outdated entries.
  • Execute social outreach and lead generation via LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other relevant platforms; route qualified opportunities to sales.
  • Send follow-up emails/messages and support inbound lead coordination and handoff processes.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, operations, administrative coordination, or a similar role.
  • Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM platform.
  • Comfortable with sales follow-ups, lead tracking, and contract coordination.
  • Ability to execute professional outreach using LinkedIn.
  • English: strong written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities consistently.
