What you will do

• Handle pre-sales activities including account creation, special pricing requests, and managing sales inquiry queues.
• Perform post-sales support, maintaining accurate account and contact data in Salesforce.
• Coordinate with Finance, Order Management, and Global Support to investigate and resolve order-related issues.
• Administer product upgrades, term extensions, and internal license compliance communications.
• Manage account and order approvals within NetSuite.
• Contribute to a customer-focused environment by staying current on product positioning and marketing collateral.

Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce CRM and NetSuite.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience in administrative support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Ability to travel one to two weeks per year for meetings and training.
• Flexibility to work extended hours during quarter-end periods.
